Face it: There is no 'safe' Web browser

I've been sayin' it for years...actually, my argument has been "there is no "safe" OS", in the same vein that this article is about browser security. In my opinion, the same thinking applies to operating systems, as well.

OS's are also at the mercy of the same type of attacker that comes up with code to exploit browsers. You just KNOW it's some goth person with too many piercings, cigartette-stained fingers, and too-long nails, staying up FAR too late (too many Red Bulls), bashing away with untrained and unskilled trial-and-error until they "hit" on a piece of code that exploits some vulnerability that NO ONE else ever would have thought of.

These are the same people who paint graffiti, squish their gum under the table (worse yet, on the elevator handle), and litter up everything.

Vandals, really.
